Changes to the normal operation of Hipercentro

Given the development of the information provided and in accordance with the extraordinary measures to contain and mitigate Coronavirus, including the restriction of social interactions to the minimum necessary, we were advised by the Directorate General of Health to have as few people as possible working in the facilities of the Hipercentro Business Center.

In this sense, we will cancel/defer any type of event, as well as close all access gates to the Center, with the exception of the main gate (access through Rua Dr. Eduardo Santos Silva, 261) and reduce condominium services, namely cleaning, maintenance and reception, during the quarantine period.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES:
 

In the administrative services, for the reasons mentioned above, we suspend the face-to-face contacts, being, however, always accessible via mobile phone (927 593 749) and via e-mail (hipercentro@hipercentro.pt).

 

ACCESS TO THE INSIDE OF HIPERCENTRO:
 

All gates will be closed, except the main gate. However, for Loads / Unloads of heavy goods vehicles they can always request the opening of the gate in question.

 

GATE SERVICES:
 

For the reasons already explained, all services involving physical contact will be suspended, so the courtesy of small order management will be suspended immediately.
 

 

CLEANING SERVICES:


Cleaning services will be suspended, in order to avoid physical contact, so we thank everyone for their sensitivity to take care of the common areas.


 

MAINTENANCE SERVICES:


The maintenance services and forklift are also suspended for the reasons already mentioned, unless in some situation people are at risk.
